Clinic Information

MMM Expo 2009 is pleased to provide space to 4 clinics specializing in medical marijuana treatment. Prospective patients may visit one of these walk-in clinics during the Expo. Appointments are recommended but not required.

In order to be seen patients must bring or fax ahead of time the following items:

• Photo ID
• Photocopies of medical records dated no older than 3 years showing that the patient has a diagnosis of a Qualifying Condition
  • AIDS/HIV+
  • Cancer
  • Glaucoma
  • Hepatitis C
  • ALS
  • Crohns disease
  • Nail Patella Syndrome
  • Agitation associated with Alzheimer's
    or
    • Severe nausea
    • Chronic pain
    • Persistent seizures & spasms
    • Cachexia or wasting syndromes
